So many things are going on since Sunday, I feel I have to list it down.
Ilan left on Sunday to new Orleans, for three days. That night, after all the playdates, games, dinner, fights, showers and the rest of the usual stuff were over, the kids were sleeping and I sat down to watch some tv. That's when I realized Boomer wasn't feeling well. That's why he didn't touch his food! Weak and with a dry nose, so miserable.

Next morning, Boomer's all better! So I didn't have to take him to the vet after all.

Later that morning I got a call. I was offered to teach an after-school art class on wednesdays. Starting this week. ! I accepted the offer, and took a trip to the Community School of Music and Art to get the details, the paperwork and other materials. Still not quite sure what I'll do with Edan and Shira during that time (eventually we decided they'll join the class). And still needs to figure out who'll pick up Ilan from the airport tomorrow. Probably a taxi...

I'm so glad about this opportunity, and hopefully it will lead to more! I met with Bosmat for lunch and it felt likes celebration.

Back home, I got busy with prepring for hosting a WIZO meeting in the evening, plus feeding the kids before we rush to Edan's basketball practice. We left too late, all three of us upset at each other. Shira was complaining her eye hurts.
When we made it to the practice and she was still grumpy and can't do anything but sit on me and whine, I realized she really wasn't feeling good. We quit the practice and headed back to the car. Shira feeling terrible in the back, and Edan in the seat next to me, telling me he thinks he has head lice. So I told him how he had lice when he was three.

Shira went to bed, felt sick but couldn't throw up. Too tired to even brush her teeth. Good night, see you later! I combed Edan's hair and found nothing but dandruff. And what am I going to do if Shira's sick in the morning, on the day I need to go to SF for my MRI?

First things first, the meeting is on its way. The discussions continued until nearly 11pm. No one hardly touched the apple cobbler. As soon as everyone left, Shira sneaked out of bed to tell me she doesn't feel pain in the eye anymore. She spent the rest of the night in my bed.
Edan woke up with a headache and Shira's face looked red. One Tylenol for Edan, and Shira didn't have fever. On another day I'd keep both of them home.

I'm writing this post sitting in SF. Had my scan. No missed calls or messages from school.
I have tons of things to do at home, paperwork and many many unread emails. Should I go to the museum instead? I don't get to visit San Francisco that often.

I wonder who's going to collapse tonight.
